Production process flow of log door:
Material selection → blanking → framing → hot pressing → edge trimming and fine cutting → milling door core plate → milling door plutonium line → sticking skin → closing door → punching lock hole and hinge hole → trial assembly → paint → quality inspection → packaging and warehousing → installation.
Main manufacturing process standards:
Blanking
(1) During rough cutting, the length and width shall be increased by 10mm respectively( (to be trimmed)
(2) In case of combined blanking, indicate the wood veneer material and the door type combination;
Group box
(1) The four corners are square, and the length and width are increased by 10mm respectively.
(2) The width specification of the outer frame is 800-2000mm, the surface plate is 6mm medium density plate, and the middle is filled with shaoerland hollow creative plate.
(3) Lock wood can also be used as a lock box.
(4) In case of glass door during frame assembly, determine the size and position of glass.
(5) After the anti deformation treatment of the skeleton, press it flat.
Hot pressing process standard
(1) Before placing the workpiece to be hot pressed each time, the hot pressing plate and workpiece must be cleaned to confirm that there are no impurities, set the hot pressing temperature and pressure, and put the workpiece slowly.
(2) The placed workpieces shall be arranged in order to make the stress on each part uniform.
(3) Each hot pressing shall be placed in all positions as much as possible, and the thickness of each layer of plate shall be the same as that of each layer of cladding material. The cladding material shall not overlap. If it cannot be filled, it shall be filled with spare backing plate with the same thickness as the workpiece.
(4) In order to prevent the glue from drying, each feeding shall be completed within two minutes. When it is confirmed that it is correct and safe, start the machine.
(5) The surface of the workpiece after pressurization shall be flat, smooth, free of concave convex and granular feeling by hand.
(6) The mosaic shall be aligned.
(7) After cladding, the wooden door shall not be degummed, penetrated, stacked and separated from the core, scratched, indented, bumped, misplaced, greasy dirt and basically the same color.
Cold pressing process standard
(1) The cold pressing time shall be determined according to the air temperature to ensure that the adhesive layer is cured and firmly glued.
(2) After pressurization, the surface of the parts shall be flat, smooth and smooth, and there shall be no concave convex and granular feeling by hand. Edge trimming
(1) The cutting error shall not exceed 0.2mm cutting standard.
(2) Clean the pressing plate and workpiece before placing the workpiece.
(3) The workpiece placed shall not be misaligned, the upper and lower parts shall be aligned with the core plate, and slag shall not collapse.
(4) Both sides of the door leaf shall be inclined by 2 degrees, and the rest shall be sawn into straight edges without scratch or damage.
Process standard for milling door core plate
(1) When milling the door core plate, the feeding force shall be uniform without slag collapse.
(2) The appearance is smooth and round.
(3) Milling in proportion, accurate size and no slag collapse.
Manual veneering
(1) When sticking the skin with white latex, it must be dried for the first time, brushed for the second time, and then ironed with an iron.
(2) The flat strip shall be shoveled and pressed with a wooden board.
(3) After pasting, there shall be no seam separation, degumming, bubbling, wood skin cracking, etc.
Keyhole, hinge hole
(1) Pay attention to the opening direction of the door.
(2) Pay attention to the upper and lower ends of the door and do not turn around.
(3) There shall be no chipping or scratch, and special molds shall be used. Drilling can be carried out only after the clamp is clamped.
Trial assembly
(1) The angle of door decoration line shall be tight and shall not be separated from the seam.
(2) The door leaf and door pocket shall be closely fitted and flat without leaving the seam.
(3) There shall be no gap shaking on the door leaf.
paint
(1) Before grinding, the blank shall be checked, and the degummed, bubbling, scratched and missing products shall not be processed.
(2) The blank shall be polished smooth, nail holes and gaps shall be filled.
(3) The primer shall be sprayed evenly and checked for degumming and bubbling, and polished after drying.
(4) There shall be no particles, sagging, peeling and gloss when spraying the finish paint, which shall meet the customer's requirements.
Packaging warehousing
(1) Carefully check whether the door leaf and door pocket are not complete and whether the quality is qualified. All unqualified products shall not be packaged and delivered. Wrong color and color leakage are strictly prohibited. The products shall be handled with care.
(2) Before packaging, the glue marks and impurities on the working surface shall be removed, wrapped with packaging film, and the four door corners shall be protected with corrugated paper.
(3) Label and fill in the warehousing form after warehousing.
install
(1) After confirming that the hole and the door are correct, assemble and erect the sleeve, correct, glue and fix, and install the door leaf.
(2) The door pocket and the wall shall be closed with glass glue, and more glue shall be applied below the door pocket to prevent excessive water from entering the door pocket.
